Real Talk

As business owners, one of our major challenges was hiring and retaining quality employees. Our perception of “they are not interested” or “it’s not worth our time” was impacting the type of individuals responding to our job postings.  Being able to add “benefits” to the job posting heading was a game changer – the quality candidates started rolling in. 

Offering benefits resulted in our company attracting individuals looking for a career position instead of "temporary" job.  It also changed the perception of our current employees who started viewing their jobs as long term positions.  In fact, the first meeting we rolled out the benefit choices was an immediate morale booster…like they had won the lottery. 

Employee retention improved dramatically as well as our costs for recruiting and training.  In addition, the amount of missed work time decreased which increased productivity, resulting in positive results to the bottom line. 

For us, benefits were a great way to give back to our employees and it showed in their performance. The ease of working with Enhance My Benefits as our Broker Consultant removed all the “perceived” obstacles of implementing benefits.
