As business owners, one of our major challenges was hiring and retaining quality employees. Our perception of “they are not interested” or “it’s not worth our time” was impacting the type of individuals responding to our job postings. Employee retention improved dramatically as well as our costs for recruiting and training. In addition, the amount of missed work time decreased which increased productivity, resulting in positive results to the bottom line.
For us, benefits were a great way to give back to our employees and it showed in their performance. The ease of working with Enhance My Benefits as our Broker Consultant removed all the “perceived” obstacles of implementing benefits.
